Your satisfaction is very important to us. Bert's TV’s sales professionals strive to provide the best service anywhere - period. We will do everything possible to work with you and the manufacturer of your product to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You may cancel your order at anytime, however, a 25% restocking fee may be applicable.

All electrical parts, ventilation products and custom orders are final sale and not returnable or refundable.

Bert's TV reserves the right to refuse or accept returns for major appliances purchased in-store or online at our discretion.

All items should be inspected throughly at the time of delivery or pick up.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• All defects will be assessed by a technician prior to a return being authorized
• No returns or exchanges on used or installed products
